ONLINE ORDERS

When you find a product you'd like to purchase, simply click "Add this item to your shopping cart". You may add as many items as you'd like. When you are ready to purchase your items, Click on Checkout, and then you will be asked to complete a form. When all of the necessary information has been entered, click "Checkout". You will be forwarded to Paypal Secure Site to complete the order, and then you will see the Order Confirmation page. Print a copy of this page for your records.

Laptop City wants you to feel safe purchasing over the Internet. That's why we use Paypal on Line Services, the only on line payment company focused entirely on digital authentication.

Paypal Orders

Important: We do not ship to unconfirmed PayPal addresses under any circumstances, orders will be cancelled and payment will be refunded immediately.

Orders paid by PayPal usually ships within 48 hours(excluding weekends and holiday) when using Credit Card or Instant Fund Transfer. Orders placed on Fridays will ship on following Monday. Please note that items will not ship until funds are cleared our bank when using eCheck, usually 5 business days.

 

Check Orders

If paying by cashier's check or money order, please write your confirmation number on the check or money order. Laptop City will hold your order for up to 10 days for the check to clear your bank.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to Laptop City. We provide protection against unauthorized disclosure of the information you provide to us. Laptop City does not sell or rent customer information to any third party. We further limit our employees' access to our customer files only to those with a need to know.

Warranty and Return Policy

If any warranty service is required, Laptop City will issue a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) Number, and then the following steps must be taken entirely in order for the warranty to be accepted by us:

1. The product(s) must be shipped back to Laptop City in the original or equivalent packaging.

2. Prepay shipping charges and insure the shipment. (Lost or damaged returns are not the responsibilities of Laptop City if items are not insured or properly packed)

3. Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at his/her own expense.

4. All returned goods would be subject to a 30% re-stocking fee less shipping and handling fees if accepted.

5. All data on the hard-disk drives or/and any other storage devices in the product must be backed up prior to shipment since loss of date is not covered under this Warranty

6. Remove any Medias, such as diskettes, CDs or PC Cards prior to shipment.

7. Tampering and removing parts or components will void the warranty.

8. Damages due to external causes including accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, servicing not authorized by Laptop City will void the warranty.

9. Software related problems and issues are not covered under any warranties.

10. Laptop Batteries are not covered under any kind of warranties, they are sold as is.

11. All Laptops are sold with one year limited warranty on two components only, these components are limited to the Hard Drive and RAM excluding labor, no warranty on any other components.

12. All Refurbished Laptops might have imperfections or scuffs on them as they are not new.
